Plant in the fall for early spring starts
For much of the continental US, November is dark and cold. In many portions of the country, the ground is frozen and won´t see a thaw until February or March. Nevertheless, for the die hard gardener unconstrained by the extremes of nature, the following lists plants that can be sown, planted, or started in flats for later transplant.
